Refund policy

At Bake Bazaar Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 2 days of receiving it , minus any shipping charges.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached (if any). Please include the original invoice or order confirmation with your return.

RETURN PROCESS

Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 2 business days. Please note that it may take several days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.

EXCHANGES

We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your item. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your exchange and send you the new item as soon as possible.Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please notify within 2 days of receiving in case such an issue arrives.
